The County Archery Competition was held over the weekend of 14/15 June at Moor House, with Beavers shooting on the Saturday during the Beaver Funday, and the other sections shooting on the Sunday.
Darlington’s archers had a very successful weekend.
Archie Hutchinson of the 11th came 3rd in the Beaver event.
Jack Stephens of the 14th gained 1st place in the Cub barebow competition.
Marcus Lee of the 9th gained 1st in both barebow and Olympic events for Scouts.
James Swainston, Young Leader with the 9th, came 2nd in the Explorer barebow section.
